Table...Nice

 Tom's table is complete! It was a project he worked on during his sabbatical this summer, and the photos really speak for themselves. The main structure is made of cherry and walnut, with wenge and maple inlay on the top and along the legs. It was amazing to watch the piece come together and is a serious testament to Tom's skill as a woodworker and craftsman.

Cute story: The table sits at the bottom of our main stairway, so ever since Tom brought it in, Liana started saying the same thing as she would walk downstairs every morning: "Table. Dada. Nice."

Yup, that just about says it all, little girl.
